Friendly and clean Bed and Breakfast, good bus connection to city and walking distance to Addensbrookes hospital.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower in the ensuite bedroom..

The guest house was one of the cleanest I have seen in a long time also the girl running the place couldent be any more friendly also a nice sight first thing in the morning

There quite a wee nasty step at the first door to go out if u miss it like I did you fall into the glass door in front

Quiet neighbourhood with pub, convenience store and wine shop right around the corner, bus stop very close to get into Cambridge city center. Very sweet hostess. Good breakfast. Room was bright and appeared to be recently re-done.

Walking into the city center took just a little too long, about 20 minutes to the outskirts and another 10 minutes to the main sights. The ensuite was quite small, even though it had everything we needed.

Great welcome from the owner. Comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Great value guest house a little outside of town but Cambridge itself is easily accessable by bus.

The bathroom was small but perfectly fine as long as you know your fellow room mate well

Great value, warm, clean and comfortable guest house. Friendly staff, sensible breakfast times, good selection of cereals and a well cooked breakfast. Hard to fault in the value for money stakes, we will definitely be staying again. Short bus journey to city center, not too far from leisure complex with restaurants, cinema & bowling etc.

A new shower head would probably work better but no big deal.

Staff warmly welcomed us on our arrival,despite being late at night when we arrived.Bedroom was clean, beds comfortable and facilities accomodating.Staff that served us breakfast was very friendly and helpful.I would recommend this guest house if you have an early appointment at Addenbrooks Hospital as only a 15 minute walk away. Overall I would say good value for money. Thank you.

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was generous, with a nice selection of cereals for the cold breakfast option.

The rooms wre very basic, no toiletries or biscuests were available and judging by the ownwers reactions, all they were interested in was money.I consider the Acacia to be very over-priced and I would not recommend it nor stay there ever again.Also the double rooms which we booked turned out to be a twin and a double although Acacia did confirm this the day before our stay.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room and bedding clean to a high standard. Room heating controllable. Excellent value for price. Full English breakfast good, served 0715 to 9.00 am.- Nice touches like served on hot plate and the sausage tasted premium! - everything cooked just right. Recommended.
